The Lightworker Used Us...?

Have you forgotten who helped get you elected in the first place?[More]
Of course he hasn't. Like the quote commonly attributed to Lenin, he knows useful idiots when he sees them. And he also knows once they have been exploited, they become useless eaters.

And they say there are no stupid questions.

Well, This Should End Well

Gee. Maybe as a solution, the government that is allowing this can clamp down on even more of our liberties.

Just throwing this out there: Beslan-style attack. In a "gun-free zone". With "assault weapons."

It's not like it hasn't happened before.

Good one!

But you're a little late, Wayne LaPierre. You not only stood by while the enemy gained a beachhead, you made it known our "allies" could usher him in with no repercussions.

And still with the "enforce existing laws on the books."

So it is the official position of the NRA that "gun control" is an effective crime-fighting strategy? That seems a hell of a concession to just hand to the Bradys...

We're the Only Ones Resigned Enough

...Cuyahoga County Sheriff Gerald McFaul, a long-time opponent to gun rights in Ohio, has tendered his resignation after months of allegations about his misconduct in office...

Florida Cancels First Amendment Right to Peaceably Assemble

A tea party to protest government spending and taxing is canceled. Canceled by the government.

Why? They feel too many people could show-up. [More]
And the people behind the event are putting up with this?

Yeah--looks like the organizers folded. How they expect anyone to take them seriously now is beyond me.

Permit? Move the event to another time and place? Why not just "spontaneously" show up not at the park, but in front of the damned City Hall?

What on Earth Does a Space Storm Have to Do with Gun Rights?

There's no electricity. Meaning lights are out. Water isn't being pumped. Food is spoiling. Market shelves are emptied in panic buying turned to looting. Delivery trucks can't restock, because gas pumps are dead.

And it'll be a while before the power gets turned back on. For a good many, a lethal while.

The perfect storm has arrived...[More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column explores the aftermath of a particularly sunny day and then asks a question. I know how most of you would answer it. How would the people in your circle of friends and relatives?

Why not send them the link and ask them?

This Day in History: March 28

I am glad to find by your publication in the Pennsylvania Gazette, of the 19th Inst.; that you have compleated your arrangement of Field Officers, by means of which I hope the recruiting of your Battalions will go on more briskly, than it has done heretofore. By the promotion of Major Butler and death of the Colo. and Lieut. Colonel, the eighth Regiment of your state is left without a Field Officer, I must therefore desire that you will order the three new field Officers to join immediately, for I can assure you, that no Regiment in the Service wants them more.
