Coming Soon, to a Caliphate Near You

The Betrayal Papers will trace the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Obama administration’s foreign and domestic policies. The five-part series will present a picture of a conspiracy that is manipulating the American government to the benefit of a totalitarian, genocidal movement that seeks to establish a global Islamic State. [More]
Fortunately, instead of having to slog through all this scary unpleasantness, "American Idol" airs a new episode tonight, and we can also tune into "Two and a Half Men" and "The Millionaire Matchmaker."

What's amazing is, in just my lifetime, this has gone from a joke for kids to the national slogan. It is, indeed, "mad."

We're the Only Ones Murderous Enough

I briefly talked about John Geer here.

This account highlights the lying and cowardly depravity of his killer and "the system." If it won't provide justice, who needs it, and from where is it supposed to come?

Agreeing with Mike Bloomberg on Disarming Minorities, Gail?

In many crowded cities, gun safety means there’s almost nobody carrying but the cops. [More]
No, that's not "gun safety." The correct term for that is "police state."

But then, you know that, you Constitution-Usurping Nazi Terrorist Sow. That's will produce as fitting an acronym for your kind as any.

Another Kapo for Kristallnacht

I just noticed this from an article I linked to last month about Lobby Day in Virginia:
“We live in a world in which it is too easy to hurt one another, especially with guns,” Midlothian Rabbi Ben Romer told the crowd. “Guns are for killing, not for freedom.”
You're not very well-informed, are you Kapo for Kristallnacht Ben?  And not very smart?

The Top Ten

Sharyl Attkisson digs up some Astroturfers. [More]

Why, look who leads the list...

The Enemy Within

That the Nominating Committee doesn't recognize that brings their allegiances into question. [More]

Yeah, right, Grover-- we warn people because we're "stalking" you. This alone should be enough for any voting member to realize the guy is playing them.  Factor in the rest of this, and there should be no question.

But my voice is small, and the Lairds of Fairfax have an agenda all their own.

Who Could Object?

And why? [More]

Think any gun-grabber groups or police official/union groups will be endorsing this and helping spread the word?

Why not call them on it?

The Founders Could Have Never Imagined Modern Weapons!

Proof that anyone who says that is just using a deceptive ploy to mask their real agenda... [More]

Truisms

A-yup. [More]

We're the Only Ones Over Secondary Target Enough

Police officer, aiming for dog, accidentally shoots his sergeant in Brownsville [More]
And I guess because the dog didn't actually bite anyone or continue with the attack that means it wasn't all that serious in the first place, and it was probably just excited by all the commotion from strangers.

We're the Only Ones To Grandmother's House We Go Enough

Police Raid 90-Year Old Woman’s Home Apparently By Accident [More]
Why Grandma, what big eyes you have.  Flashbangs can do that to you...

Today's Five-Minute Activism

Urge your Senators to do everything in their power to “defund” or overturn the ATF’s ban on SS109 and M855 “green tip” ammunition. [More]
If you have a senator worth approaching. In my case, Brown is a waste and Portman is a pretty consistent disappointment, but maybe if his staffers perceive a groundswell, they'll be cowed into telling him which way the wind is blowing.

Now if only people soliciting our support would create a quick and easy to use form encouraging gun owners with total crap reps to contact (and support) good reps in up-for-grabs states and districts.  And that reminds me, I need to find the time to put together a Twitter list of politicians receptive to gun owner urgings.

In re their form letter, if you don't want to give your real address and phone number, you can always give the ones for your representative's home office.  I also deleted the pre-written form letter and copied and pasted this instead.

Take the Tag Poll

[Via email]
That's why this is the most important survey you'll answer this year.
Sorry, Vulcan Chessmaster. It was just a bunch of leading questions with predetermined answers, transparently obvious that the entire purpose was to get to the end where the real business of soliciting funds would commence.

Here are some additional questions you need to ask, but won't, for equally transparently obvious reasons:

Does "amnesty" for millions of illegal aliens by an administration that claims they have "earned the right to be citizens" pose a crippling threat to legislative and judicial recognition of the right to keep and bear arms?

Should any candidate for office (or for NRA director) facilitating that have their score downgraded to the point of disqualification  in order to reflect the seriousness of what they're abetting?

Why not?

That's the Takeaway......

...from a new study by the Violence Policy Center... [More]
Oh, well  then, case closed. Sorry I bothered everyone with this right to keep and bear arms nonsense for so long...

No?

Either that or sweet home Alabama could use a good sweeping up and scrubbing down.

Vanderboegh will provide some helpful cleaning tips.

Sympathy for the Devil

Yeah, if you'd only submit, we wouldn't have to saw your heads off, burn you alive, and rape your infant daughters, you damned infidels. [More]

Besides, what about the Crusades?

The New Blacklist

Naturally, these same Opposite Day media "progressives" will loudly recall the anti-Communist one with bitterness and contempt. [More]

The Rest of the Story

Regular readers will remember this article from a week ago demonstrating how the New York Times and the Violence Policy Center are Anti-Concealed Carry Colluders.

Dr. John R. Lott Jr. has a new piece out that gives all the numbers we need to bury the "arguments" they use any time some monopoly of violence cultist is dishonest enough to bring them up.

This Day in History: February 19

I do not here enter fully into the detail of the reasons which now make it particularly necessary for the General Officers who have been long absent to join without loss of time; it will surely be sufficient to mention, that out of Nine Generals assigned to the command of the Troops in this Cantonment Eight are either actually gone, or have made applications to be absent at the same time, so that by gratifying their wishes (besides incurring reprehension from the Public) the whole weight of the business, the cares, and the troubles of the Army, would devolve upon me, until a Sunshine occasion, or a prospect of some brilliant operation should induce them to return & share the pleasures and honors of Service.
