Yeah, I guess the manifestations could be stroke and syphilis-related. [Watch]

But there may be a more fundamental explanation.

But, David, we both know none of this (even if true and well documented) will make the slightest bit of difference come November. Just imagine; the person in command of the world's largest nuclear arsenal is a brain-damaged, total, complete, raving, seizing lunatic.

The more I think about it, the more I agree with Robert Heinlein's statement that people pretty much get the government they deserve. Not everyone, but the majority, mind you.
