Who Needs 'The Onion' when You Have 'The Hill'?

America is held hostage by flyover states [More]
Yeah, don't you rubes know elitist "progressive" urban enclaves are meant to tell you what you can and can't keep and do?

I wonder what DUANE TOWNSEND, CONTRIBUTOR actually contributes.

Funny, an "experienced observer of the American social/political landscape" from Detroit complaining about election outcomes...

I’ve actually been banned from commenting on The Hill. I’ve never been banned anywhere else inmy life. I’m not upset. As Oscar Wilde says, you can judge a man by the quality of the enemies he makes, and I’m proud to have been banned by that electro-rag.

Love the not so subtle inference that the "flyover states" aren't a part of America.
I'll say it again, these people ultimately want every District 12 peasant, bound, blindfolded and kneeling at the edge of a freshly dug ditch.

Duane and his fellow travelers certainly have a visceral hatred of the people that grow their food, provide their shelter and produce their energy, don't they?
