We're the Only Ones Plundering Enough

This financial incentive, combined with the relative ease with which law enforcement agencies can seize property, is a recipe for abuse, as the countless stories of innocent people subjected to abusive forfeitures attest. [More]
And while they have unlimited resources and get paid every step of the way, most of us would be hard pressed to take just a day or two off to appear in court, let alone finance a legal defense that would wend its way through the courts and appeals for years. Especially with our own assets being tied up.

So much for a main justification for even having a government in the first place: "...to secure the blessings of Liberty..."

Are we animals? Or are we human beings? [More]
I remember that movie!

What is the law?

Why not do the humanitarian thing, and have a secured route with transports to take them all to Merkel's German border, where an unlimited invitation and welcome has been extended?

It's a win-win.

Speaking of Mockery...

Many have asked me, “What about the question of constitutional eligibility?”
My answer is direct: Obama and the establishment media have made a mockery of the Constitution in many ways, but none more than their attacks on the “natural born citizen” requirement. So much damage was done to that simple clause in the last eight years, I don’t believe there’s any going back. [More]
Really?

So rather than explain how your position is consistent with the intent of the Founders and with Constitutional rule of law, you come back with the equivalent of "Billy's mom let's him do it"?

Two wrongs make a right?

You couldn't even pretend to find an argument to justify your unexplained polarity shift? Or if you could, you believe that counter-arguments are more credible, and leave you vulnerable with their inconvenient reminders of of your unprincipled surrender?

So if there's no going back on damage to RKBA in Democrat strongholds, we should just accept and embrace the infringements? Where else will your resignation to lawlessness lead?

The one person who can put a stop to all of this is Ted Cruz.

You talk about halting the dangerous, America-destroying invasion of illegals across our borders, but you do nothing. [More]
What, you mean the dangerous, America-destroying invasion of illegals across our borders you're helping with?

An Extraordinary Bethel Mom

I work in a retail environment and occasionally see a gun on a belt. Do I feel unsafe? Of course not! [More]
And she's not even a gun owner. But she certainly sounds receptive to being invited to an all-expenses paid range day, lunch included, by someone qualified to give instruction on a range of options. Maybe qualified women from an established, organized group could reach out, and extend the invitation to her husband, so she's not creeped out by an unknown stranger approaching her...

The conclusion to draw is more complex than the easy one we're being misdirected to. These are populations most directly affected by "progressive" power grab policies, from effecting generational dependencies for votes and control, to over-"immigration" for votes and control.

Then the social techs can apply culture problems incubated in their petri dishes to the entire damn experimental lab. Ergo, "we" need "gun control," etc.

In a way, they're right, but not for the reasons they state: It is a "public health" problem.

No?
