One of the commonalities is high-capacity magazines. In California almost 30 years ago, we banned sales of those magazines. Only last year, we banned possession. But they’re still out there. Wintemute has been involved in the Gun Confiscation Lobby for over 20 years of which I'm aware. I lived in the SF Bay Area for 13 years, returning to South Carolina in 2005.
Wintemute is a notorious sleaze who will do anything to continue the gravy train while at UC Davis Medical School. He should have been fired for incompetence long ago.
