Navigating the Minefield

Del. Alfonso H. Lopez, D-Arlington, called switchblades “dangerous and deadly weapons” and said lawmakers were opening the door to loosening rules on other weapons such as ballistic knives, which can be ejected a short distance. Lopez also noted that the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a gun-rights group, had voiced support for the bill as a self-defense measure.
“We are creating a minefield here, folks,” Lopez said. [More]
Oh f*** you.  And the goddam oath-breaking sheriffs. And the "handful of Republicans," including this "progressive" RINO douche.  You all deserve to be torpedoed.

Nothing Succeeds Like Excess

A new state law designed to expand background checks at Virginia gun shows has resulted in only one person being denied the purchase of a weapon at 41 weekend events during the first six months of the initiative, which required $300,000 in funding to hire three new state police employees. [More]
Dang, I feel safer now!

You gotta wonder who would volunteer when it's not required.  Some wonder even when it is.

Former Gasconade County deputy raped mentally incapacitated woman, suit says [More]
He doesn't exactly sound mentally capacitated.

And it sounds like his accomplice was well-hung.

A 'Progressive' Security Solution

Per Chris Murphy, let them all in but if you suspect them of bad intentions, tell them they can't have guns.  [More]

And make that go double for citizens.

Hey, why do you need "due process" if you're not doing anything wrong?

What's in a Name?

This bill would delete the word “illegal” from the legislative findings relating to these aliens. [More]
But we know what they really intend to call them:
The Legislature finds that as many as one million seven hundred thousand aliens could be granted amnesty...
Thank goodness that and the "pathway" have nothing to do with that "single issue!"

Bloomberg money again playing role in Colorado gun-related issues ... SB17-005 would allow Colorado sheriffs to provide a handgun safety training course to employees of any Colorado public school who already hold a concealed carry permit. [More]
To answer your question, Ms. Carno, that's because the evil sons of bitches would rather children be slaughtered to provide a fresh supply of blood to dance in.  Besides, he's taken care of.

And because those who would control would control all.

Vote Free or Die

The bill requires that people who are going to vote divest themselves of their Second Amendment rights while they are voting. [More]
But...but...but why would anyone need a gun to vote?

IMMIGRANTS ARE AMERICA AND NO HUMAN BEING IS ILLEGAL, BECAUSE HUMANITY KNOWS NO BORDERS.  [More]
That's what these "diverse" and "tolerant" Marxists, rabble-rousers, Soros mobsters, sociopath losers, and assorted arsonists and looters -- who present themselves as "revolutionaries" -- want. Everything. But then again, they've already made that clear.

At least this Scum March is socialist de Blasio's problem, and isn't happening in America.

"Progressives" Would Rather Cull a Different Herd

"Hey-hey! Ho-ho! U of M deer killing's got to go!"
"No killing deer at the Arb!"
Once in front of the Arb, the protesters held a brief candlelight vigil and anti-violence demonstration, singing "We Shall Overcome." [More]
They ought to sing that at some funerals.

How Much More Telegraphing Does This Guy Need?

I know – he said stuff like that when campaigning, but I didn’t think he meant it. [More]
At least he's been consistently wrong.

I love the inserted promo blurb:
John Stossel’s logic is undeniable and refreshing...
If that's so, he should have no problem shredding mine.

Every once in a while, I'm reminded that I miss the guy.  I miss reading Sipsey Street Irregulars. I miss our regular phone conversations. I miss working with him on projects.

We lost a good one.

It figures barbaric wannabe terrorists fantasize about beheading those they hate.

Does anyone really think peaceful coexistence with such violence-minded lunatics is possible?

Speaking of Views

I would not have a cud-chewer who regularly watches and agrees with these overprivileged, ignorant hags in my life. [More]

I wonder if any bipolar pussy hat shriekers returned to an empty house, or one with their belongings on the sidewalk? Ditto for MILMs. If not, the gutless cuck deserves exactly what he's got.

Life Imitates Art

No. Your move. Bitches.

Advocacy Groups Take Heed

A friend sent this reply back to a "conservative" immigration group alert email.  I wish the groups appealing to us to contact our representatives would listen, particularly GOA, but he and I have been beating this drum for a long time and to no avail:
Maybe if you stop telling activists to waste their time calling committed enemies in totally safe districts like DiFI & Schumer, FOCUS them on strategic vulnerable-receptive targets, start a PAC, and start bouncing or at least punishing vulnerable legislators at election time so they have a practical reason to heed us (FEAR), then we might save the USA instead of squandering a reprieve from God - which is what Trump's election was. For Heaven's sake, peek outside the box.
Keep up the NIH* and the USA will = California soon regardless of the reprieve. Cali had several reprieves here too that were squandered by NIH and beltway box consultant herd think.
That goes for state gun groups, too.  What good does it do to have someone in a safe blue district get a couple dozen -- or even hundred -- form emails, except to give them a good laugh?

And as I've recommended before, if their official contact only allows input from constituents, chances are they'll all have Twitter accounts.
