At least they manage to catch the important stuff.

Now he's in a more screwed position than before he tried to off himself. If he hadn't lied, he wouldn't be facing criminal charges and he'd be eligible for treatment benefits and pension.

We'll Always Have Paris

How do they know it wasn't a "random act of violence"?

We're the Only Ones Getting a Leg Up Enough

The Big Lie

Repeat SPLC smears often enough... [More]

The following is easily verifiable:
  1. Oath Keepers is not a militia.
  2. Bylaws preclude any Oath Keeper from being a member if he espouses racism or overthrowing the government.
  3. Members were in Ferguson to protect individuals and store owners who wanted their help and were grateful for receiving it. Their presence was lawful and businesses under their watch did not burn due to the OK deterrent.
Not that I expect Angela Ruggiero and her handlers at the East Bay Times to do minimal research, to give a damn about the truth and to correct a record that does not support a preferred narrative. Nor do I expect the stammering politician to do anything but distance himself from controversy.

We're the Only Ones Retaliatory Enough

If the police pull over a driver and the driver indicates he will refuse to answer any police questions, does it violate the Constitution for the police to retaliate against the driver to punish him for refusing to answer their questions? [More]
Of course it does.

Succubus explains.

Attack of the Killer Snowflakes

CAMPUS FASCISM RISING - What can be done? [More]
Plenty.

I believed they've overplayed their hand and cannot look for a base of support from any other than the disgruntled fringe. It's not like the Vietnam-era protests, where Middle America had a stake in questioning an unpopular war. These sociopaths of no achievements want to destroy Middle America.

We see them getting coverage disproportionate to their numbers. But those numbers are limited to safe space campuses and on occasion to urban events where TV eyeballs are guaranteed.  Now think how many you don't see in real life, at the store, in your neighborhood, at the places you frequent.

If you don't go looking for them, chances are you won't see them.

I mean, just look at how few followers all the Antifa Twitter sites have -- I have more than most of them, and I'm a nobody. And those aren't real-world commitments.

It reminds me of a line I once read about such American losers in a book -- I can't remember exactly which one and by whom -- that goes something like:
Communists are people who get their insides all twisted up because they want to rule the world and can't even get their letters to the editor published.
On top of it all, they generate zero sympathy and instead elicit head-shaking, disgust -- and fear among those who fail to realize their own power and responsibilities.

There's a great opportunity here to follow the money and to go after those who "knew or should have known" what they were enabling when violence and destruction result, both civilly and via RICO actions now that Mr. Sessions is running DoJ.

This Should Be a 'No Brainer' -- We Will Not Forget This

Bravo.

Death Wish

It’s time for members of the Republican Caucus, who enjoy the veto-proof majority that gun-voters like you gave them, to get the job done. If they won’t, perhaps they should confess that they were never really serious about the pro-gun stance they professed to take while vying for your vote ... GRNC cannot and will not promote or support politicians who say one thing on the campaign trail, but won’t put their words into action once in Raleigh. [More]
Make an  example out of one and the rest will fall into line.

The Lowest of the Low

Monsters working for the state that falsify evidence and/or knowingly use that to help obtain convictions of innocent people deserve to be sentenced to two years for each year their victims unjustifiably served. I guess it depends on who determines the "values."

At least they didn't totally ignore it.

Isd it any wonder the powers that be want everyone to get their information from "real reporters," rather than "just a blogger" purveyors of "fake news"?
